Sited on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, the Nation Towers complex is a mixed-use development that takes advantage of its location to provide an array of amenities in a striking setting. Tower 1 is entirely residential, comprising apartments and two-story lofts. Tower 2 houses office spaces on the lower floors and the St. Regis luxury hotel above them. The towers are connected at the 48th floor with a skybridge housing a large presidential suite for the St. Regis Hotel.

The complex includes a variety of amenities, including retail and entertainment facilities, as well as access to the nearby beaches. The towers were oriented to take advantage of views while also minimizing solar exposure. The podium houses retail and office spaces, and the roof has a spa and pool deck as well as planted areas which offer views of the surrounding water.

To minimize environmental impact, several sustainable features were incorporated: for example, zero-potable water irrigation; low-flow plumbing fixtures; and energy-efficient lighting.

The two buildings are located directly at the Abu Dhabi Corniche and have 65 and 52 floors. The Nation Towers were completed in 2013 and have apartments, offices, a shopping mall and a hotel (St. Regis Hotel Abu Dhabi). The complex offers approximately 278,709 meters of usable space. This include a 5-star hotel with 350 rooms, spas and a fitness facility. It is also home to upscale boutique shops geared towards high-end consumers.

Both buildings are connected with a skybridge used as a luxury suite at a height of 202.5 meters which connects floors 50 and 54. The skybridge was the highest in the world at its completion.
