École Ducasse, the renowned culinary school founded by Chef Alain Ducasse, is set to open its first institute in the region, École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio, in partnership with Erth Hospitality. The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) endorses the project as part of its ambitious plans to elevate the emirate’s culinary sector.

École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio will provide short and professional classes in a contemporary and friendly space, with easy-to-use professional equipment. The studio will be located at Abu Dhabi’s Cultural Foundation, offering exceptional classes and courses for all abilities, from aspiring culinary enthusiasts to talents looking to broaden their skill sets. The studio will also feature a gourmet café and welcome corporate events.

The culinary programs offered by École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio will include the Culinary Arts and Pastry programs, which will provide the opportunity to discover the fundamentals of French and international cuisine as well as the Ducasse philosophy.
