Fancy Rocky Balboa’s Stretch Escalade ESV?

Stretch limos and SUVs are a dime a dozen in the US of A and there are probably more custom shops making them than you can count. There are the occasional shoddy jobs no doubt, but stretched vehicles have been such an integral part of America’s high-profile lifestyle that most are pretty well-built, and very well-equipped too.

This particular Cadillac Escalade ESV belongs to none other than Hollywood legend Rocky Balboa Sylvester Stallone, who got it customised from Becker Automotive for a cool USD 409,000 back in the day. Now he’s planning to part with it for a still-darned-high USD 350,000, which is crazy considering you can get a brand new, base model Escalade for about five times less. Still, this is heavily customized and yes, has the Sly Stallone cachet.

The 20” stretch gets you lengthened rear doors without the whole vehicle looking disproportionate, which is always a good thing. It comes fully loaded (as it should, considering the price) with stellar entertainment and mobile office features, comprising a 43″ UHD LCD smart TV, Crestron automation system, true 7.1 digital music system custom-tuned with a Crestron digital audio processor, and a 12″ LCD for the rear-facing passengers.https://player.vimeo.com/video/445038450?dnt=1&app_id=122963

There is a military spec on-board router that can run two SIM cards, electric window curtains, an electric rear-facing three-person bench seat, a pair of automated bucket seats with electric leg rests, custom Tamo wood veneer folding tables, side consoles, the all-important electric centre partition, and much more.

In Sly’s own words – “I enjoyed personally designing the luxurious interior with Howard Becker. The on-board electronics and ride quality are second to none. I hope the new owner gets years of fulfilling use from this sensationally appointed Becker Cadillac ESV. I ordered my Becker ESV for a specific purpose, however, my requirement for it has recently changed and I no longer have a need for this beautiful vehicle.”

Cue Rocky theme music.
